Indeed

 

My work at Indeed involved creating assets for new products & feature launches, emails, web & social banner ads, product one-sheets, social assets, events graphics & swag. I collaborated with design team-mates and with marketing, product, and leadership partners. I delivered impactful and engaging conceptual designs that aligned with Indeed brand, campaign story-lines, and company KPI’s and OKR’s.

 

Indeed launch of Recruiting Automation (first round iteration)

Deliverables: Feature launch commercial, LP, and ad banners. Campaign concept was based on humanizing recruiting automation and streamlining the hiring process. These designs were one of the concepts highlighting the commercial and campaign messaging and were created with modules from Indeed’s design library.

The creative process started with working alongside the Video Campaign CD, AD & copywriter to concept and storyboard storylines for the TV spot launching recruiting automation features from Indeed. Funneling these concepts through the review and editing process to end up with two final video concepts that were run on live television and also parsed out and used as shorter clips and various visual still collateral for social, landing pages and emails.

Recruiting Automation (Smart hiring) final design

Product renamed to “Smart hiring” and technically lived under “Indeed for employers” site tab. Hero space and supporting sections of landing page adjusted accordingly, but the overall campaign concept of human-centric recruiting remained the emphasis. Actual campaign ad footage stills used for hero video module. Indeed for hiring sub-logo was still used for other launch assets.

Billing reports one pager, implemented a unique hero module with simplified product screen and supporting simplified screens based off of full product screens submitted in the ticket from partners. I collaborated with the copywriter to streamline the screens to focus on telling a concise and clear story outlining the process of the billing reports feature.

 

Indeed IG: Spread the love bingo post. Quick same day turnaround ask for a last minute request. Had a lot of fun creating this, leveraging Indeed’s extensive illustration library and repurposing/ reimagining as needed. Breaking from Indeed’s brand color staple of blue and iterating this design in soft pastel pinks to align with concept.
